KinderSteps -  Ages up to approximately age 5.
Created for our youngest dancers, this class introduces the very young child to the wonderful world of dance through creative movement and expression.  Gross motor skills, coordination, posture, and balance are improved through fun and upbeat musical activities. Drawing on the young child's imagination and energy, much of class time will include fun props to aid in learning. In addition to physical skills, social skills like following directions, turn-taking, and interacting with other children, will be developed and used throughout everyday life.  Beginner ballet terminology is introduced, as well as some tap and tumbling.
